A new standard for your exhibition stands
Everyone wants their exhibition stand to look good. That goes without saying.
But I have been to too many events where you can see that a business has put serious time, effort and money into its stand, yet when it all comes together, the different parts are not working together.
The graphics might be good. The screens might be good. The equipment is there and the team has turned up ready to sell. But nothing quite connects, so the stand does not have the impact it should.
That is what we have been working on at Badger.
We are developing a new standard for exhibition stands across the construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors. It brings the structure, graphics, lighting, sound, screens, digital content and physical products together so the whole stand works as one.
Integrated exhibition stands
Our tension fabric stand systems already give businesses a professional, properly branded exhibition presence. They look sharp, they are practical to transport and they can be used again across different events.
We execute them properly every time.
Now we are taking that foundation to the next level.
We are bringing in aluminium truss, professional lighting, large screens, modular LED panels, sound and digital content to make stands more attractive, more interactive and more memorable.
The point is not to fill the stand with technology for the sake of it. Everything needs to have a job.
Lighting can bring attention to a machine, product or particular detail. Screens can show the equipment in action, explain how it works or take visitors through an application that cannot be demonstrated properly inside an exhibition hall. Sound, movement and digital content can give the stand more energy and bring the brand to life.
It all needs to work together.
Built around the space
Every exhibition stand starts with the floor space.
You need to mark out your area, give the stand some height and make it clear where your space begins and ends. You also need to think about where the equipment will sit, how people will enter the stand and where your team can have a proper conversation with them.
For the stand shown in our video, we used lightweight aluminium truss to create that structure.
Truss can be built in different shapes, sizes and configurations. It gives us somewhere to mount lighting, graphics, signage and screens. We can even hang certain products from it because the system is designed to carry weight.
That gives us much more freedom to build around the business, the equipment and the available floor space instead of trying to make the same basic display fit every event.
Exhibition stands for construction and engineering businesses
Construction equipment is not always easy to explain with a printed graphic and a few lines of copy.
Products can be large, technical or designed to solve a very specific problem. Sometimes the most important part of the equipment is not something visitors can immediately see.
That is where screens and digital content become useful.
We can incorporate screens of up to 85 inches, product videos, animations, technical information and live demonstrations. Modular LED panels can also be arranged in different shapes and sizes to create a more immersive part of the stand.
The physical equipment gets people interested. The digital content helps them understand it.
It also means your sales team is not left trying to explain everything from scratch. The stand is already doing some of that work for them.
Stands that look great and are logistically practical
A stand can look brilliant in a design, but it also needs to be practical.
How are we getting it to the venue? How long will it take to build? How quickly can we break it down? How many people will we need? Can we change the layout for the next event?
We have thought through all of that.
The demonstration stand in our video was built as a typical 10-metre by 6-metre exhibition space. It took around three hours to set up and everything used would fit inside a long-wheelbase Transit van.
We want to arrive, get the stand built properly and be ready for the event without making the whole thing unnecessarily difficult. When the exhibition finishes, we want to break it down just as efficiently without everybody standing around wondering what goes where.
The system can also be used indoors or outdoors. It can be boxed in using company colours and graphics, while appropriately rated LED panels allow us to create digital displays outside as well.
A new standard does not have to mean expensive
When people hear immersive or experiential, they often assume expensive.
It does not have to be.
The system is modular, reusable and flexible. We can change the configuration, update the graphics, move the screens and adjust the lighting depending on the event, floor space or product being promoted.
You are not paying for a completely new custom-built stand every time you exhibit. You are investing in a professional system that can keep working across your exhibition calendar.
That is what makes this new standard accessible.
Make the stand work harder
Your exhibition stand is more than somewhere to put your equipment and hand out brochures.
It should get people to stop. It should help them understand what you do. It should make it easier for your team to start the right conversations. Most importantly, it should give people something to remember when they leave the exhibition.
We have delivered more than 150 events in the UK and overseas. We understand what goes into the planning, logistics, build and breakdown, as well as what the finished stand needs to achieve.
Now we are bringing those parts together to create a new standard for exhibition stands across the construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Versatile, affordable and properly deliverable.
It is game time for your exhibition stand.
